Hanft Fride Attorney Appointed to Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board

Duluth, MN – Hanft Fride Attorney Cheryl Prince has been appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board.

The Lawyer’s Professional Responsibility Board is responsible for oversight and administration of the Minnesota lawyer discipline system. The board consists of 23 members and holds four annual meetings to discuss issues involving the Minnesota lawyer discipline system, including rule changes and policy implementation.

The principle selection criterion for board appointment is a deep-rooted interest in Minnesota’s lawyer disciplinary system and previous experience within the system.

In addition to her practice with Hanft Fride, Prince has served as chair of the 11th District Ethics Committee for six years and as a board member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section
