Mark D. Pilon
Mr. Pilon devotes a substantial portion of his practice to business and commercial law, including commercial real estate development; the formation, purchase and sale of businesses, and general business matters. He also frequently advises clients concerning commercial real estate leases. He has worked as counsel to developers in numerous transactions involving New Market, Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Mr. Pilon received his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Hamline University, and his J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. He was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1993 and the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1994. Mr. Pilon is a member of the local, state and national Bar Associations and has served on the local Bar Association's Board of Directors.
Mr. Pilon's community involvement has included service on the boards of directors of The Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, Goodwill Industries and Animal Allies.
