Ms. Prince practices exclusively in family law and mediation. She has over 20 years experience working with clients to address the full range of issues involved with divorce, adoption, paternity and prenuptial agreements.  She has handled cases involving both simple and complex property division, maintenance and custody issues. She has also served as mediator in a wide range of disputes including family, personal injury, contract and employment discrimination.

Ms. Prince graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Ms. Prince is a member of the Minnesota State Bar, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the 11th District Bar Association (President, 1997-98; and former Chair of the Ethics Committee).  She currently serves on the Minnesota Lawyers Board of Professional Responsibility.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Law and has served as both Chair and board member for the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section. She has also taught Family Law and Litigation at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.

Ms. Prince also is active in the community. She serves or has served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries, Inc., Duluth Area YWCA, Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army, Community Action-Duluth and the Volunteer Attorney Program. She is also a past recipient of the Volunteer Attorney Program's Pro Bono Publico Award.
