Scott A. Witty

Mr. Witty practices in the area of civil litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Hamline University School of Law. During law school, he served as an Associate and Production Editor for the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Witty served as a law clerk for the Honorable Heather L. Sweetland, Sixth Judicial District.

Mr. Witty is licensed to practice in Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the 11th District Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
