Mark D. Pilon

Mr. Pilon devotes a substantial portion of his practice to business and commercial law, including commercial real estate development; the formation, purchase and sale of businesses; and general business matters. He also frequently advises clients concerning leasing and eviction issues.

Mr. Pilon received his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Hamline University, and his J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1993 and the Wisconsin Bar in 1994. Mr. Pilon is a member of the local, state and national bar associations.

Mr. Pilon has served on the Glensheen Advisory Board, and also belongs to the Duluth Rotary Club.
