Jennifer L. Carey

Ms. Carey's practice is in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate, including real estate development and condominium law. Ms. Carey attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving her B.A. degree with distinction in 1988 and her J.D. degree in 1991. Ms. Carey was admitted to the Minnesota and Wisconsin Bars in 1991. She is a member of the American, Minnesota and Wisconsin Bar Associations.

Ms. Carey is a Real Property Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. She also is a member of the Real Property Council and Legistlative Committee of the MSBA. Ms. Carey also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council and the Board of Trustees of the Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation. Ms. Carey is a past recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Volunteer Attorney Program.
